About Us

Narcotics Anonymous (NA) is an international, member-driven organization offering free support for individuals struggling with addiction.

NA provides a safe and supportive environment where individuals can recover from addiction through the Twelve Steps, a set of spiritual principles not affiliated with any particular religion. The only requirement for membership is the desire to stop using drugs. Our program focuses on the individual’s recovery from addiction as a whole, rather than any specific substance.

At NA, members learn how to live drug-free, fulfilling lives through the shared experience of one addict helping another. We hold regular group meetings and offer literature to support this journey.

The Greater Raleigh Area of NA carries this mission across Wake County and surrounding communities, offering 12-step NA meetings accessible to individuals in Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Morrisville, Raleigh, and Wake Forest.
